Testosterone Enanthate
A widely used injectable testosterone ester with pharmacokinetics very similar to cypionate, popular globally for TRT protocols.
Overview
Testosterone Enanthate is another long-acting injectable form of testosterone that shares many similarities with Testosterone Cypionate. With a half-life of approximately 4.5-5 days, it may require slightly more frequent injections for optimal stability. It is the most commonly prescribed form of TRT outside the United States.
How It Works
Similar to Cypionate, Testosterone Enanthate is injected intramuscularly where it forms a depot that slowly releases testosterone. The enanthate ester is cleaved by enzymes, freeing bioavailable testosterone to exert its effects on target tissues throughout the body.
